Deleting My Payment Method

If your saved credit/debit card has changed or expired, or if you simply don’t want to have your card saved for future use, you can delete it from your account.

1. From the Menu Bar at the top of the website, click the Log In link, and then enter your username and password.
2. Once you log in, click on the Payment Methods tab.
3. Click the “Delete” button next to the card that you want to remove.

Please note: If you are currently a Biotic Pro member and only have 1 card on file, you may not see an option to delete your card. You'll need to first add another card so that your membership will still be able to automatically renew.
